Throughout the 16 years, I have fostered a deep love for Biology and instilled this passion in countless students. Over the years, I have experimented with various teaching methodologies to make complex biological concepts more accessible to students. I have incorporated hands-on experiments, multimedia presentations, and interactive activities into the lessons. Many of my former pupils have pursued careers in biology-related fields, such as medicine, research, environmental science, and biotechnology. I have attended workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of biology and enhance my teaching skills. As a seasoned educator, I have taken on the role of mentor to newer teachers in the department. Throughout my career, I engage in reflective practice, regularly evaluating my teaching methods and strategies to identify areas for improvement. I am open to feedback from students, colleagues, and administrators, using it to refine my approach and enhance the learning experience for my students.
