Cancellations and Refunds
If, as a Parent or a legal guardian, you wish to cancel a confirmed enrolment of your ward made via the Site or the Offline application, after enrolment to the Programme, the Cancellation Policy will apply to such cancellation provided that no refund will be made in respect of the sessions already provided. To cancel your enrolment, you must contact us by emailing info@literacentre.com.
Cancellation by the Customer:
If for any reason you wish to subsequently cancel your place on the Programme after your part or full fees have been paid, Litera Centre cannot provide any refund except for exceptional circumstances. The course organizer’s decision is final. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable. The reason for this is that the staffing for the course and accommodation have fixed costs which have to be paid for in advance and based on a specific number of course members in the group.
Litera Centre agrees that no refund will be permitted in respect of Course already provided and in case candidate already accessed some module or part of the course content, the refund amount would not be issued even on pro-rata basis to the unconsumed portion of the Course.

Refund for partially consumed sessions:
If a student forgets to join a session, joins late or requests early dismissal from the session for whatever reason, no refund or compensation will be made towards the unconsumed portion of the 1-hour session.

Cancellation by the Centre:
If We cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the Site, Services, and Application, Litera Centre will refund the Fees paid by the Parents for such enrolment to the applicable course pursuant to the Payments Terms which shall not exceed the total amount paid.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances (prolonged illness, bereavement etc) the Parents may decide to suspend the course rather than seek refund – the course may be suspended for a period of 3 months from the day of suspension request.
